# Associated Gas-to-Power — Project Input Checklist

CIMC ENRIC Energy Systems · Version 1.0 · 14 October 2026

Purpose: prepare an initial project discussion. This document is not an engine acceptance specification or an approved installation design. Share with your project owner, EPC and equipment team. Mark unknown values as “not yet measured”.

## 1. Application and project boundary

- Country / general site area:
- Application and operating duty:
- First-phase required power / expansion:
- Existing generation / electrical network:
- Required 50 Hz or 60 Hz; voltage; power factor:
- Desired start date / decision stage:

## 2. Each gas source separately

- Source identifier and supply owner:
- Laboratory / sample date / sampling point / operating condition:
- Composition and concentration units; C1–C6+ as reported; CO2, N2, O2 and other constituents:
- LHV / HHV, units and temperature/absolute-pressure reference:
- H2S / total sulfur / other relevant contaminants, units, detection limit and method:
- Water / hydrocarbon dew point and pressure basis; evidence of liquids / particles:
- Minimum / normal / maximum flow, volume reference and wet/dry basis:
- Minimum / normal / maximum inlet pressure and gauge/absolute basis:
- Temperature range, supply interruptions, records of variability:
- Blending proposed? Separate-stream results and blend operating cases:

## 3. Loads and site conditions

- Time-stamped load profile and measurement boundary:
- Largest motor starts and load steps; critical loads; acceptable interruption:
- Daily operating hours; seasonal variation; backup requirement:
- Elevation; ambient range; dust/corrosive conditions:
- Existing single-line diagram; parallel/grid/island operation:
- Access, installation space, drainage and local requirements to confirm:

## 4. Proposed interfaces and responsibilities

| Item | Responsible party | Data / action still needed |
|---|---|---|
| Gas collection and conditioning | | |
| Engine inlet envelope and supplier review | | |
| Generation and auxiliary loads | | |
| Electrical protection / controls / integration | | |
| Local permits and installation | | |
| Factory acceptance and site acceptance | | |
| Service, consumables, spare parts and fuel monitoring | | |

## 5. Acceptance discussion

- Fuel and loads used for factory tests:
- Tests with actual site fuel / conditions:
- Gross vs net delivered-power boundary:
- Test duration, acceptance criteria and documented exceptions:
- Training, maintenance and follow-up responsibility:

No universal gas limits, efficiency, output, emissions, savings or commissioning date is established by this checklist. The applicable supplier and project documents govern acceptance.
