Capability alignment
SolaX brings microgrid engineering, PCS/BESS capability and overseas mine-microgrid technical leadership. CIMC ENRIC contributes gas-to-power, modular AM generation, site energy systems and a delivery network suited to demanding project environments.
Integrated mine microgrid architecture
A white paper / joint technical route is in preparation: gas generation plus microgrid and storage—an integrated energy architecture already teased on the homepage for overseas mining applications.

Formal MOU signing
After formal signing, storage capability (BESS+PCS) completes a key gap in the integrated energy-system stack, complementing CIMC’s generation and site-delivery strengths.
White-label and co-brand market routes
Looking ahead, the parties intend to open markets together via white-label and/or co-brand approaches in relevant segments. Specific commercial arrangements will be confirmed case by case.
