LNG infrastructure & EPC collaboration
Can CIMC EnTech support an LNG project before equipment procurement?
Its published capability includes consultation and engineering design, alongside procurement, construction management and commissioning. Share your project stage and requested engineering scope so the appropriate team can review the next step. A specific feasibility or FEED deliverable package is agreed project by project.
How can an EPC contractor collaborate with CIMC EnTech?
Begin with a defined work package, technical requirements and an interface list. Engineering, procurement, construction management and commissioning responsibilities can then be discussed around the contract scope. Local permitting, design acceptance and site responsibilities must be coordinated with the project owner and qualified local parties.
Do project references include terminal expansion and send-out infrastructure?
Yes. The brochure lists the Guangdong East LNG receiving station outbound transmission capacity expansion EPC and the Lvsi Port LNG terminal expansion EPC. The referenced work packages differ; a reference to one package does not mean EnTech delivered the entire terminal.
What should we provide for an initial LNG infrastructure discussion?
Provide the project country and site, your role, current stage, intended LNG throughput, storage volume and send-out requirements where known. Include existing facilities, downstream demand, utility constraints and your target decision date. Confidential technical documents can follow after the sharing process is agreed.
Can we discuss projects in Europe, Southeast Asia or South America?
Yes. This page provides a project inquiry route for EPCs, developers and owners in all three regions. The applicable technical standards, local partners, approval process and delivery responsibilities are reviewed for each project; the regional inquiry route is not a claim of an existing local project reference.
Pipeline gas, regasified LNG, regulated CNG and suitable associated gas can supply a modular gas-to-power system. These supply routes need different storage, vaporization, regulation and treatment equipment. Gas composition, heating value, contaminants, pressure and available flow must be checked against the selected engine requirements. LPG-to-Power is a separate configuration requiring an engine and fuel system approved for LPG; it should not be assumed compatible with a natural-gas package.
When should a project evaluate LPG-to-Power instead of LNG-to-Power?
LPG-to-Power is worth evaluating where the site cannot secure a practical LNG supply route and local LPG distribution can reliably support its operating demand. Compare delivered fuel cost per useful kWh, supply continuity, storage and replenishment, applicable safety requirements, engine compatibility and local maintenance support. A continuous operating requirement also needs a suitable generator rating and a planned service strategy. The Firman partnership page describes the published MOU context; it does not establish a site-specific performance guarantee or commercial quotation.
What site work is required for an AM600 packaged generator?
The AM600 is a 600 kW power block packaged in a single standard 20-ft high-cube unit. The packaged format supports transport and deployment, but plug-and-play does not eliminate site engineering. Prepare the foundation and access for unloading, confirm gas pressure and quality, install the agreed fuel and electrical connections, provide grounding and required safety systems, and maintain ventilation, exhaust and maintenance clearances. Grid interfaces, permissions and commissioning requirements are confirmed for the project.
What does a 500 kW / 1.2 MWh BESS specification mean?
A 500 kW / 1.2 MWh specification pairs a power requirement with an energy capacity requirement. The simple calculation is 1,200 kWh ÷ 500 kW = 2.4 hours. It is a theoretical duration, not a guaranteed AC output duration. The proposal must define whether 1.2 MWh is nominal DC capacity or usable AC energy, then account for permitted state-of-charge range, conversion losses, auxiliary loads, temperature and battery aging. It must also confirm PCS power, islanding or grid connection, EMS functions and the required discharge profile.
What site information is needed to select a gas generator?
Provide peak and average electrical demand, the load profile, expected operating hours, voltage and frequency, large motor starting requirements, and any critical loads. Also share fuel composition, pressure and flow, grid availability, altitude, ambient temperature and the redundancy requirement. Continuous, prime and standby ratings are different duty definitions. Final selection needs the applicable product data and an engineering assessment of the actual site.
An early estimate should identify the proposed equipment and its assumed scope, then list integration, freight, taxes, site works, fuel infrastructure, electrical works, installation and commissioning as included, excluded or still to be defined. For BESS, a price per kWh is meaningful only when energy basis, power configuration, usable capacity and supply scope are comparable. Total nominal capacity alone does not determine the installed project price. Preliminary calculator results support planning; a commercial quotation requires confirmed configuration, delivery terms and supplier pricing.
Can CIMC support a dealer’s equipment financing or flexible payment arrangement?
Yes. We are open to supporting a local dealer or distributor in discussions with its bank on equipment-backed financing, providing relevant equipment and commercial information as agreed. T/T, L/C or a combination can also be discussed around the order, bank requirements and delivery milestones. Financing approval, collateral eligibility and final payment terms are determined by the participating parties and confirmed for the specific arrangement.
It combines selected energy sources and controls around the household load. The proposed CIMC cooperation route brings together solar PV, battery storage and suitable LPG or LNG backup where fuel supply, installation conditions and validated equipment interfaces support that configuration. Not every home needs every component.
Can a customer buy the system through monthly instalments?
Dealer and bank-supported instalments are part of the proposed market model. Financing partners, approved markets, deposits, interest rates, repayment schedules and customer eligibility have not been announced. An eligible customer would receive the actual local dealer and bank terms before making a purchase decision.
The planned route is through CIMC-approved local dealers and qualified installation and service teams. Dealer qualification will cover technical competence, commissioning, warranty responsibilities, parts support and customer service. The approved dealer list and market-specific service terms will be published as each programme is ready.
