Capability reference

Connect the product to its manufacturing scope.

CIMC Digital Power describes prefabricated modular cooling plants that bring cooling equipment, piping, electrical systems and controls into a factory-engineered package, with assembly and acceptance work before shipment. Read the published reference →

Use this guide to plan a factory discussion. The selected supplier, component scope, inspection plan and delivery responsibilities are confirmed for the actual project.
Process review map

Follow the route from requirements to handover.

These checkpoints organize a customer review. The order-specific manufacturing and test plan defines the work and acceptance criteria.

01Define the thermal duty

Agree cooling demand, ambient conditions, water or fluid conditions, redundancy and the heat-rejection route.

02Select equipment and boundaries

Identify the chiller, pump and heat-exchanger suppliers and define the module integration scope.

03Review module assembly

Discuss piping, electrical wiring, mechanical access, instrumentation and control integration.

04Agree factory acceptance

Define the checks and performance demonstrations available under the factory test conditions.

05Plan site connection

Confirm utility interfaces, external pipework, final balancing, commissioning and ongoing service.

Buyer review brief

Know what evidence to ask for.

Bring the selected equipment and operating requirements to the discussion. Agree the relevant documents, confidentiality, witness points and handover scope with the project team.

  • Cooling design basis and selected equipment list
  • Hydraulic and electrical interface drawings
  • Supplier and module-integrator responsibilities
  • Factory acceptance plan with stated test conditions
  • Site commissioning and maintenance scope
Customer questions

Questions before a factory review.

Is a cooling module the same as manufacturing the chiller?

No. A module may integrate chillers, pumps, piping and controls from selected suppliers. Confirm the component manufacturers and the entity responsible for module assembly and system performance.

Can the same cooling module be used in every climate?

The design must reflect ambient conditions, heat rejection, water availability, equipment limits and the load profile. Review the specific configuration and test conditions for your site.
