Capability reference

Connect the product to its manufacturing scope.

CIMC Digital Power publishes a factory-prefabrication and site-integration approach for modular data centers. Its company references are distinct from the project record of CIMC Enric Energy Systems (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Read the published reference →

Use this guide to plan a factory discussion. The selected supplier, component scope, inspection plan and delivery responsibilities are confirmed for the actual project.
Process review map

Follow the route from requirements to handover.

These checkpoints organize a customer review. The order-specific manufacturing and test plan defines the work and acceptance criteria.

01Define the site architecture

Agree the IT load, layout, power and cooling basis, redundancy and project delivery boundaries.

02Coordinate module design

Review structural, electrical, mechanical and control interfaces and the division between factory and site work.

03Review prefabrication

Discuss module assembly, equipment access, internal interfaces and the agreed inspection checkpoints.

04Agree integrated acceptance

Define the factory checks, witness scope and demonstrations that require later site conditions.

05Connect and commission on site

Plan civil work, utility tie-ins, module connections, system-level commissioning and operational handover.

Buyer review brief

Know what evidence to ask for.

Bring the selected equipment and operating requirements to the discussion. Agree the relevant documents, confidentiality, witness points and handover scope with the project team.

  • Overall module layout and interface register
  • Electrical and cooling design basis
  • Factory versus site scope matrix
  • Inspection and acceptance plan
  • Transport, installation and integrated-commissioning plan
Customer questions

Questions before a factory review.

Can the data center route connect generation, BESS and cooling?

A project can combine these capabilities when the electrical, thermal, controls and delivery interfaces are engineered together. Agree the actual suppliers, configuration and acceptance scope for the complete system.

Does factory prefabrication remove all site work?

No. Foundations, utility connections, transport access, module tie-ins and final integrated commissioning still need a site delivery plan. Confirm those responsibilities before placing an order.
