Follow the route from requirements to handover.
These checkpoints organize a customer review. The order-specific manufacturing and test plan defines the work and acceptance criteria.
Review gas composition, contaminants, flow variation, pressure and the required product specification.
Confirm process boundaries, utilities, equipment selection and the division between factory and site work.
Discuss skids, vessels, piping, instrumentation and control integration for the agreed package.
Define component inspections, interface checks and tests that can be completed before shipment.
Prepare utilities, foundations, tie-ins, commissioning responsibilities and operator handover.
Know what evidence to ask for.
Bring the selected equipment and operating requirements to the discussion. Agree the relevant documents, confidentiality, witness points and handover scope with the project team.
- Feed-gas and design basis
- Process flow and package boundary drawings
- Utilities and site-interface schedule
- Inspection and test plan for the selected equipment
- Commissioning and operator-handover scope
Questions before a factory review.
Can every part of a liquefaction plant be tested at the factory?
The test scope depends on the package, utilities and operating conditions available. Agree what will be inspected or tested before shipment and what must be demonstrated during site commissioning.
What should we prepare before a factory review?
Provide the feed-gas analysis, required output, utilities, site conditions and project boundaries. These help the team identify the relevant equipment and technical records.
Connect this route with the other factory capabilities.
