Connect the product to its manufacturing scope.
Our AM600 and AM1200 page presents modular gas-generation routes. Existing website material also includes an AM20 factory acceptance inspection image. Read the published reference →
Follow the route from requirements to handover.
These checkpoints organize a customer review. The order-specific manufacturing and test plan defines the work and acceptance criteria.
Confirm the load profile, run hours, gas quality, supply pressure, ambient conditions and electrical requirements.
Agree the engine, alternator, enclosure, cooling arrangement, auxiliaries and supplier responsibilities.
Check fuel, exhaust, ventilation, wiring, control and protection interfaces against the selected design.
Define the available load testing, operating checks, protection verification and witness arrangements.
Confirm foundations, unloading, fuel and electrical tie-ins, commissioning and service responsibilities.
Know what evidence to ask for.
Bring the selected equipment and operating requirements to the discussion. Agree the relevant documents, confidentiality, witness points and handover scope with the project team.
- Selected model data sheets and package scope
- Fuel-quality and site-interface requirements
- Electrical single-line diagram and protection schedule
- Factory test plan and applicable test records
- Shipping, commissioning and maintenance scope
Questions before a factory review.
Does packaged generation mean the engine itself is made by CIMC?
Package integration and engine manufacture are different responsibilities. Confirm the engine and alternator manufacturers, the integrating entity, warranty boundaries and service arrangements for the selected configuration.
Does a factory test replace site commissioning?
No. Factory checks can confirm an agreed scope before shipment; site fuel, electrical connections, protection and operating conditions still need commissioning checks.
